The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:As a member of the Surprises Quality Team, the Resident Quality Engineer role ensures that finished products and production processes meet Ferrero’s high standards for quality, safety, and compliance. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence and driving continuous improvement across the production lifecycle.Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance of finished products with Ferrero quality standards
  • Monitor and enforce compliance of production processes
  • Manage operational controls and supervise final inspections and related testing
  • Conduct and support root cause analyses, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions
  • Participate actively in the toy development process from a quality assurance perspective.
  • Lead and manage continuous audit activities
  • Oversee production processes and associated control points
  • Ensure adherence to the Ferrero Quality Manual and Code of Conduct throughout the production process
  • Collaborate with the Food Safety Team to enhance food safety and quality standards within the plant
  • Set up, implement, and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) procedures within assigned scope
  • Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws, internal guidelines, and contractual standards
Who we are looking for:
  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Food Science, or a related field
  • Experience in quality assurance or production process management, preferably in the food or toy industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with QMS and FSMS frameworks
  • Detail-orientation with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese, written and spoken
