- Support the implementation of the country strategy in line with company global, regional, and country objectives.
- Coordinate and monitor key management and reporting processes to ensure the Vietnam Country Office is aligned with corporate requirements and timelines.
- Participate and lead the rollout of country-level sustainability and GSD community programmes in collaboration with the company Central and under the leadership of the regional teams.
- Participate and support the planning and delivery of external public affairs agenda.
- Support ACR in the preparation of briefings, presentations, and reports for senior-level meetings, official visits, and external stakeholders.
- Manage ACR's calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements with confidentiality and efficiency.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including scheduling, documentation, minute-taking, action tracking, and timely dissemination of outcomes.
- Liaise with the Board of Directors and facilitate Director-level issues as required
- Plan and coordinate official visits, VIP events, and external engagements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate business activities and establish effective communication channels across divisions and support functions.
- Support the execution of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, fostering a strong organizational culture.
- Ensure accurate document filing and coordination with the Office Administrative Manager for timely reporting and compliance.
- Contribute to develop and to implement the country business development strategies with the country ACR and in alignment with brand's global strategy.
- Drive strategic relationships with relevant companies to further develop brand footprint in the country, to advance market positioning and grow business operations, while ensuring one Voice access for key stakeholders, for the 3 businesses in the country
