David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a young financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the dealing operations and managing the risk associated with trading activities in the forex financial company.Position: Head of Trading OperationsLocation: remote, anywhere SEA or MENA regionEmployment type: Service Agreement/Self-employment (no Employment contract option available)Remuneration: fixed monthly payment.RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee and manage all dealing operations including trade execution, order management and liquidity provisioνιονDevelop and implement trading strategies to optimize performance and profitabilityMonitor market conditions and ensure trades are executed within defined risk parametersEnsure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsEstablish and maintain risk management frameworks, policies and proceduresMonitor trading exposure, positions and market movements to identify risks and opportunitiesImplement and manage risk controls such as position limits, stop-loss and hedging strategiesConduct regular risk assessments and stress testing to ensure portfolio resilienceLead, manage and develop the dealing team to ensure high performance and best practice adherenceProvide coaching, guidance and continuous feedback to team membersFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvementPrepare and present regular reports on trading performance, risk exposure and complianceConduct post-trade analysis and evaluate effectiveness of trading strategies.REQUIREMENTS:Excellent command of English languageBachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
