  • Lead and mentor a talented team of artists, inspire new ideas, and shape a collaborative, creative space.
  • Design and polish levels from early sketches to final polish, craft environments, optimize performance, and add crucial details that make spaces memorable.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Level Designers, Concept Artists, FX and Lighting teams to capture and elevate the game's vision.
  • Strike a balance between art, production, and technical needs while ensuring top-tier quality delivery on all projects.
  • Stay current with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in the gaming industry.
  • Partner with some of the biggest names in the computer games industry, managing client expectations and realizing their vision while contributing your own creative input.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years experience as a Level Artist on AAA projects, with some time leading a team.
  • Experience with Level Design, World Building, or Environment Production, and Lighting in Unreal Engine.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in English with an international crew.
  • Strong sense of self-motivation, creativity, passion for games, and openness to learning.
  • Curious, flexible, and always looking for ways to make each project better, with a keen understanding of the needs of teams both upstream and downstream.
  • Thrives in diverse, multicultural environments and embraces working across numerous cultural contexts with clients, peers, and team members from all walks of life.
