- Tasked with overseeing Segment account management to foster business growth through a process of sales excellence.
- Responsible for achieving both short and long-term objectives by delivering on personal sales targets and specific goals.
- Prioritize the development and implementation of a Direct Sales strategy, with a special focus on Key Account and OEM customers.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring proper activities are undertaken.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers within relevant industries.
- Collaborate closely with Regional and cross-functional teams to enhance company brand visibility.
- Strive to develop operational excellence and value-added capabilities.
- Willingness to undertake additional duties as required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling industrial products, solutions, and/or consumable supplies, with an additional 2 years of managerial experience.
- Preference for experience in Segment industries such as Cement, Pulp and Paper, Metal, High-Speed Bearings, or related fields.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving results and surpassing sales targets, coupled with a determined "must-win" and "can-do" approach, and a focus on direct sales.
- Proficiency with the C4C system is advantageous.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and highly organized individual.
- Possesses strong leadership qualities, along with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Willing and able to travel to remote areas.
- Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or related fields.
- Good command in English both spoken and written.
