Development, Industrialization Quality Production Leader (Woven Component Team)

• Be responsible for my Fabric Supplier Management (Human, Quality & Environment assessment).
• Manage along with my supplier the developments of the fabric‘s range (Woven Natural/Blended Fabric.
• Stay aware of all innovative fabrics & new processes.
• Negotiate price twice a year based on industrial approach and cost analysis.
• Communicate and pass on my strong technical know-how.
• Ensure that the fabric of my supplier is developed on time & at the right quality.
• Make sure all colors are developed for each season (lab-dip, first bulk etc…).
• Follow closely by testing & inspecting my fabrics in order to respect Decathlon Technical Specifications.
• Assist my supplier with Continuous Improvement.
• Located in Ho Chi Minh, your responsibilities are linked to one supplier where you have to be 3 days/week.
• Frequent business trips within Vietnam and potential trips to France.

• You have been Fabric Technologist or/and worked for a woven fabric mill
• Ability to organize, prioritize your activities & finish your work on time.
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese, French would be a significant added value.
