We never stop pushing boundaries and are always steering the future of our industries as innovation leaders in our space.As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to:

Design and implement comprehensive automation test suites
Providing them with inputs to consider quality aspect early in the software development cycle
Contribute to the improvement of our testing processes, help drive the overall success of our software releases

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into automated test cases.
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and tools to streamline the testing process and enhance overall efficiency
Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas of concern and suggesting potential solutions
Continuously improve test coverage, test methodologies, and automation infrastructure to enhance overall test effectiveness and efficiency
Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior QA team members, promoting best practices and ensuring a high level of code quality
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in test automation and quality assurance

Requirements

Fluent English
Proven work experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role, with a focus on automated testing and test frameworks (5+ years of experience)
Strong understanding of quality process in an Agile culture, with experience working on a continuous integration, continuous delivery pipeline
Strong Java programming skills
Proven experience in using tools and frameworks such as: Cucumber, Appium, Selenium.
Experience in working with build tools such as Jenkins and/or other build tools to integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines
Experience working with external cloud testing solutions such as AWS device farm or BrowserStack
Good experience in writing BDD scenarios using Cucumber/Serenity/ any other BDD tool is a plus
Must be able to work flexible hours
