Logistic 3PL Management Associate - Operations, Shopee

• Collaboration with third-party logistics providers ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
• Analyze logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with customer support teams to address shipping-related inquiries, delivery updates, and resolve logistics-related customer issues.
• Propose solutions, orientation to improve working methods and systems faster.
• Identify opportunities for logistics process improvements to streamline operations, reduce shipping costs, and enhance delivery speed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics, shipping carriers, and fulfillment processes.
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel. Using Python, and SQL is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity.
• Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
