Position Overview:Our client is a global leader in designing and manufacturing high-performance interconnect systems for industries such as automotive, aerospace, industrial, and consumer electronics, with strong operations in Vietnam and other key hubs.Sourcing ManagerLocation: Bac Ninh, VietnamKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.Lead supplier selection, price negotiation, and contract management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, planning) to meet project and production goals.Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of sourcing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.Proficiency in English (Chinese is a plus).#LI-JACVN
