
Assistant Director of Sales

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed corporate revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate the corporate sales team to deliver outstanding results
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers
- Collaborate with the Revenue Manager on sales forecasting and pricing strategies
- Create and oversee the annual sales budget and business plan for the corporate segment
- Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches to capture them
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to corporate clients
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury, resort sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on flawless execution and follow-through
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at the executive level
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of corporate client needs
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other Asian languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
