  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to collect & develop the business requirements and ensure effective implementation.
  • Conduct analysis & incorporate closely with the technical team to define & propose the appropriate digital solution for solving business problems/opportunities.
  • Support in managing project plan which includes business requirements, design specifications and obtain the approvals.
  • Participate in research/ surveys/usability testing to understand end-users’ insight related to their needs & experience regarding a function/ platform to be built.
Feature delivery & management:
  • Take lead in feature delivery from requirements to UAT testing & production stage.
  • Assist in enforcement of delivery management & governance.
Digital platform optimization:
  • Provide product’s unique selling points and guideline to relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication and training.
  • Receive feedbacks from users & participate in surveys/ interviews to understand users’ insights and initiate relevant enhancements/ new functions.
  • Monitor the performances of platforms/ functions to provide a suitable enhancement proposal
  • Manage the incident process to follow up & resolve platforms’ production issue & user feedbacks loop.

  • Be in charge of requirements analysis & synthesis to ensure all of relevant business requirements documented to provide the effective business analyst and requirement delivery
  • Execute the detail implementation plan and incorporate with related stakeholders to ensure the deliverables, scopes & timeline of the platform/project plan
  • Facilitate to deliver the execution of change plan &communication action plan
Job Requirements / Yêu cầuQualifications / Bằng cấp
  • University graduation with major Business Administration//Finance- Banking/IT
  • English - Intermediate
Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng3-4 years of experience in related field with proven achievements. ( Business Analysist, Project Management or other domain of software/platform development or related working on Digital/Technical product, having insurance background is a plus)Competencies / Năng lực
