By joining us, you will work on the cutting edge of digital commerce in SEA, and experience what it takes to drive a successful ecommerce business end to end.Job summary: We are looking for an organized and motivated Operations Intern with a strong work ethic, who is eager to learn new skills and processes. The Intern will work closely with the operations team, performing administrative tasks and providing assistance with projects as needed.Your Responsibilities Operations:
  • Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks, such as data entry, filling, documentary
  • Assist with customer team with information’s service tasks, such as responding to customer team’s inquiries and processing orders
  • Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, manage return/refund process
  • Assist with the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
  • Analyze and report on operation metrics and order fulfillment
  • Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Final-year student majoring in Supply Chain, Operations, E-commerce Business, or related fields with the ability to provide an official internship endorsement letter from the university
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
