Front End Technical Leader

• Collaborating within a cross-functional product team and with other departments to address customer issues by delivering product features and providing support.
• Engaging in all stages of software engineering, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Writing high-quality code that adheres to best practices and clean code principles.
• Advocating for enhancements to product quality, security, and performance.
• Working with other engineers or team members across various infrastructure layers to design and implement new features.
• Interacting with clients to comprehend and define their requirements, offering advice when necessary.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in JavaScript, with over 2 years specifically in ReactJS.
• Experience leading teams.
• Proficiency in various JavaScript frameworks. Our current stack includes npm, webpack, React, Redux, React-Router, node.js, Express.js, Promises, Babel, and ESLint.
• Familiarity with automated unit and integration testing tools (Junit, Mockito, Sinon, Jest, Mockery).
• Experience working with UI libraries and databases.
• Proficiency in version control systems (GIT and GitHub repositories preferred).
• Knowledge of Linux and virtualization, with Docker experience preferred.
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools.
• Experience or knowledge of Microservices and Docker container technology managed with Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and open communication across functional boundaries.
• Problem-solving mindset, combined with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to expedite the process from idea conception to implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
