Project Manager - Greenfield factory

• Lead end-to-end execution of CAPEX projects, from concept through commissioning.
• Review and approve FCA (Funding Capital Authorization) documents to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze and validate engineering drawings, automation plans, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including civil, mechanical, electrical, and automation engineers.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Oversee contractor selection, procurement, and construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, budget, and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Proven experience in chemical plant, pharmaceutical, refinery, or manufacturing facility construction.
• Strong understanding of automation systems, functional specifications, and process engineering.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Familiarity with FCA processes, CAPEX budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
