The responsibility includes overseeing daily operations activities in the plant, not limited to production, engineering, quality, PMC, logistics & warehouse, IT, HR & Admin, Finance and etc.The job responsibilities include:

Oversee daily operations activities in the plant, not limited to production, engineering, quality, PMC, logistics & warehouse, IT, HR & Admin, Finance and etc.
Involve in the cash flow, profit & loss and quotation
Ensure to meet the capacity and output as per planning
Building a supportive and positive working environment to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Coordinating with the regional team for technology, and technical knowledge transfer to local plant
Manage relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.

Opportunity to work for a expanding manufacturer |General manager oversees the manufacturing and business operationThe ideal candidates should have:

Bachelor degree of Engineering or relevant disciplines.
5-8 years experience as a General Manager or similar operation role in a manufacturing environment
Experience in planning, budgeting, and costing.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English. Chinese skills is an advantage.
Data-driven skills, training skills and problem-solving skills

Client has the long-term investment and expansion in the plant in Vietnam, aiming to receive the large order from the region.
