  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with B2B corporate clients, ensuring service quality and profitability.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, and drive new client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, accounting, etc.) to align sales initiatives with company goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, propose new products, and explore business opportunities.
Sales Administration
  • Handle sales operations including PO, sales order, delivery, and SAP system updates.
  • Manage sales team expenses and payments.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports (debt tracking, sample management, etc.).
Procurement
  • Research suppliers, analyze markets, and develop partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service levels.
  • Ensure compliance, manage risks, and maintain supplier portfolio evaluation.
Requirement
  • Male, under 45 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, experience in Kitchenware / Gifting industry
  • Proven track record in sales, marketing, and product strategy development that drives business growth.
  • Solid experience in managing sales and product portfolios.
  • Fluent in English.
