- Support the Sales team in developing B2B customers (manufacturing sector)
- Join client meetings with senior staff to learn practical sales processes
- Understand customer needs and assist in product consultation
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on orders and delivery
- Prepare reports and update customer information
- Strong interest in B2B Sales
- Around 1 year of sales experience (any industry) or fresh graduates with strong sales mindset
- Bachelor's degree (all majors accepted, no requirement for chemical background)
- Language: Proficient in Chinese / Korean / English
- Good communication skills, proactive attitude, willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
- Clear career orientation toward technical sales / materials business development.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Working hours: Flexible for sales positions.
- Salary: 18 – 20 million VND/month (excluding commission)
- High commission + year-end bonus (multiple months based on performance)
- Training opportunities, including training trips to China (depending on schedule)
- Work closely with senior team members for fast skill development
