Identify, design and implement high-value Copilot use cases in Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 apps.Copilot Studio Development
Create AI copilots, plugins and extensions leveraging enterprise data and connectors, ensuring compliance and scalability.Change Management & Training
Design and deliver structured enablement programs, training content, and productivity accelerators for different user personas.Governance & Security
Collaborate with security, compliance, and data governance teams to ensure responsible deployment and usage of Generative AI capabilities.Stakeholder Collaboration & User Support
Engage with business leaders to assess needs, measure impact, and iterate solutions through analytics and feedback.Monitoring, Metrics & Optimization
Track usage analytics, model performance, user satisfaction, and business impact of Copilot features and agents; implement improvements based on insights and feedback.Continuous Improvement
