ACG_2909_JOBOur client is a leading company specialized in real estate who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Design Scope & Technical Criteria DevelopmentDefine design briefs and technical requirements at all project stages: concept design (architecture, interior, landscape), basic design, and construction drawings.Establish the scope of work for design packages and set design benchmarks and specifications aligned with project objectives.Design Management Planning & CoordinationDevelop work plans, assign responsibilities by discipline, and recommend coordination strategies among project management teams.Participate in proposal evaluation related to design deliverables.Conduct on-site inspections and consolidate team evaluations.Review all design documents issued at each phase to ensure consistency across project stages and compliance with regulations and project vision.Design Documentation OversightOversee multi-disciplinary design elements including master planning, infrastructure, structural, MEP, fire safety, interior, and landscape design to ensure alignment and compatibility.Evaluate technical drawings at both basic and detailed levels.Manage design changes, monitor timelines, and provide technical input or recommendations as needed.Review design drawings and 3D perspectives.Monitor contractor performance against agreed timelines and quality standards.Act as the liaison for feedback and requirements from leadership and other internal stakeholders.Work with local authorities to obtain design approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.Verify design deliverables from consultants based on agreed scopes and submit for internal approval.Finishing Materials & Interior Specification ManagementResearch and update databases on interior and finishing materials, staying current with market trends.Submit material options for approval, ensuring alignment with approved design concepts.Supervise contractor implementation to ensure strict adherence to approved materials and finishes.Stakeholder & Consultant ManagementWork closely with other project team members to identify, evaluate, and appoint suitable design consultants or subcontractors.Manage and monitor external consultants to ensure timely submission of high-quality documentation in line with project plans and budgets.Attend design review meetings and facilitate collaboration among consultants and contractors.Directly coordinate with design firms to incorporate feedback from senior management.Propose approvals for design-related changes to support final costing and payment procedures.Oversee applications for regulatory submissions such as zoning approvals, connection point approvals, fire safety clearance, and construction permits.Process & Policy DevelopmentDraft and refine policies, procedures, and guidelines related to design and technical management.Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management or direct supervisors.RequirementsAge: 30–40 years old. Gender: MaleBachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Minimum of 5 years of experience in design management on the client/developer side.Class I Architecture Practice Certificate (for architects).Class I Structural Design Practice Certificate (for civil engineers).Good command of spoken and written English.Skills and Knowledge:Solid understanding of design management procedures and workflows.Familiarity with relevant technical codes, standards, and regulations in planning and construction.Knowledge of surveying, design, and design document acceptance processes.Capable of evaluating the technical capabilities of design and verification consultants; experienced in organizing and selecting appropriate design firms.Understanding of modern construction technologies.Strong knowledge of finishing materials, including innovative and new-generation materials.Experience working on Grade A office projects and 5-star hotels.Preferably experienced in managing design works involving foreign design consultants, international project developers, or project management units.Experienced in architectural design competitions, preparing design briefs, and coordinating design teams.Additional Qualities & Competencies:Proficient in industry-standard design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Tekla Structures, ArchiCAD, and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.Strong research and technical document updating skills.Excellent communication and information delivery skills.Ability to learn and apply new knowledge effectively in a dynamic working environment.Contact: Hoang Hai HaDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
