DescriptionWe are currently inviting Shipping Specialist to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). Prepare tasks for the warehouse and internal logistics coordinator regarding order picking, based on approved sales orders registered in the internal LZ system.
Ensure high-quality shipment packing in accordance with customer requirements, including correct product codes and quantities.
Complete transportation documents such as packing lists, CMR, and AWB waybills, and upload product serial numbers and IMEI codes to the internal LZ system.
Ensure proper handover of cargo to the transport company and submission of all required shipment documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial System Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
2 -3 years of experience in production/demand planning.
Comprehensive skills in demand planning and inventory management across various industries.
Experience in using SAP/WMS/Oracle.
Ability to use data visualization tools and a solid understanding of industry best practices in KPI management and business analysis.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel for report making.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability, and highly detail-oriented.
Language proficiency: Vietnamese (Required); English (Proficiency in all four skills).
