1. Recruitment and Team Building
- Take primary responsibility for leading the TA team to achieve all of the company’s recruitment goals.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, accurately analyze candidate profiles, and develop suitable recruitment plans.
- Monitor and improve recruitment metrics such as: on-time hiring volume, time to fill, probation pass rate, quality of hire, and early attrition rate.
- Act as a partner to Hiring Managers in solving hiring and team-building challenges, rather than only handling recruitment requests.
- Understand the company’s development needs in order to forecast workforce challenges at each stage.
- Adapt quickly to changes in structure, direction, business priorities, and translate them into appropriate people solutions.
- Coordinate with managers to ensure teams are built in the right direction, aligned with actual needs, and at the right pace for the scaling stage.
- Propose people solutions that fit the organization’s reality instead of rigidly applying theoretical models.
- Understand the company’s spirit and cultural values in order to implement appropriate people and culture activities.
- Build and coordinate the implementation of engagement programs, internal communications, recognition initiatives, and employee experience development activities.
- Monitor employee engagement and team morale, and make recommendations to improve the working environment.
- Contribute to spreading the company culture through the way people are hired, the way managers are partnered with, and the way internal activities are implemented.
- Ensure HR operations are carried out fully, on time, and in compliance with regulations.
- Manage tasks related to employee records, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, compensation and benefits, insurance, policies, and labor relations.
- Review, refine, and optimize HR processes to improve clarity, efficiency, and employee experience.
- Ensure operational activities are not only compliant but also aligned with actual management practices and the company’s growth pace.
- Partner with managers in developing teams, handling people-related issues, and improving people management effectiveness.
- Participate in matters such as onboarding, employee retention, feedback, performance evaluation, capability development, and team engagement.
- Contribute to improving the quality of middle management through coordination, consultation, and support in implementing HR activities related to their teams.
- Coordinate with and supervise Admin staff to ensure office administration tasks are carried out fully, on schedule, and effectively.
- Monitor, review, and improve tasks related to logistics, assets, workspace, and other internal administrative needs in order to effectively support company operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a lead/manager role.
- Strong recruitment capability: able to analyze hiring needs, assess candidate profiles, build suitable hiring approaches, and flexibly adjust strategies based on market conditions. Experienced in hiring across diverse functions, with preference for exposure to business, marketing, creative, tech, and operations roles.
- Strong ability to partner effectively with Hiring Managers: able to understand hiring needs, challenge when necessary, and work through recruitment problems together to the end.
- Strong sensitivity to people and culture; able to implement engagement, culture, and employee experience activities in a practical and effective way.
- Solid foundation in HR operations: processes, onboarding/offboarding, employee records, policies, coordination with C&B, and labor relations.
- Fast, flexible, and highly adaptable in a high-growth and constantly changing environment.
- Proactive mindset, strong ownership, clear communication, and good problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in e-commerce, startup, technology, or fast-scaling companies are preferred.
- Compensation: Competitive income package with an attractive annual compensation scheme (up to 14–17 months of salary per year).
