Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Control and manage all areas of the project from getting requirements, consulting solutions, developing business processes, acceptance testing, training, and supporting implementation to deliver MES to customers. • Deploy innovative MES solutions for our world-class customer base; finding, sharing, and capitalizing on opportunities for improvement. • Consult and lead client in MES best practices for their application in applying OEE, SPC, T&T, and MBR. • Improve knowledge by learning new best practices, industry standards, technologies • Work with process/product owners to establish process flow standards in MES • Direct project resources, develop the project plan, and ensure that the project is completed on time and OP meets the company's policy. • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the project. • Act as a catalyst to resolve project problems and conflicts, escalation when necessary. • Ensure that impacted teams are involved and informed as early as possible in the project management process. • Monitor team activities and cooperate with the direct manager and other departments to solve issues if any. • Push subordinates to implement the policy of the company. • Orient the challenge for each subordinate following the team challenge. • Make a plan to develop skills of subordinates as direct manager's requirement. • Monitor performance and coach subordinates in the development process, management skills and solving methods. • Support pre-sales activities, including consulting, proposing solutions and estimation.
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Age: 30 - 45 - Education Background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related majors - Experience: • From 4-5 years experience in software development and more than 1 year experience at project leader position. • Experience in MES requirements management. • Experience in MES Implementations. • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the manufacturing domain (garment, electronics, customer goods,...) - Language: English - Business Level - Others: • Familiarity with industry standards, such as GAMP V model, ANSI/ISA-95 and ANSI/ISA-88 • Strong problem-solving skills, with a logical, analytical and approach to work. • Able to work under a tight schedule. • Good design documentation is required. • Able to build teamwork spirit and always continuously motivate subordinates.
