Job Responsibilities
- Receive and process P/O from customers, check quantity, price, etc - Contact the insurance company for issuing cargo insurance - Supply shipping documents (INV, P/L, AWB) to customers - Receive shipping documents (INV, PL, AWB, etc.) from suppliers - Confirm the cargo has reached the customer's stock safely - Send documents related to sales/purchases to accountant - Update data to the company's software - Make principal contracts, purchase/sales/service contracts to suppliers - Follow-up and update P/O, confirm delivery time to suppliers - Manage inventory - Import-export customs clearance - Make sales report - Coordinate with sales PIC to handle trouble at customers if they have - Other works concerning sales under assignation of Supervisor and General DirectorJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Education background: Graduated from University or higher with majors in economics, logistics, trade… - Language skills: English - Business Level; Japanese language skills are an advantage. - Experience: Over 4 years of experience in purchasing and import-export procedures, including working with systems; preference given to candidates with experience in chemical goods. - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact and coordinate effectively with customers. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. - Responsible, honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, with good communication and teamwork skills, and a strong desire to commit long-term with the company.
