Our client a Real estate investment and development companyJob Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance safety inspection procedures across multiple managed sites.
- Guide and train technical teams to identify risks and implement preventive measures.
- Supervise contractors and internal staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Monitor building systems including MEP, fire protection, and wastewater treatment.
- Respond to technical incidents and support resolution efforts.
- Maintain inspection records and coordinate with relevant departments and vendors.
- Report system performance and suggest improvements to management.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in building operations or safety management (e.g., Chief Engineer).
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Effective communication in English
