- Oversee all financial transactions, procurement and financial administration
- Ensure compliance with all financial and legal requirements
- Maintain regular contact with various Vietnamese government agencies and departments
- Coordinate financial reporting back to Head Office
- Manage general ledger entries, bank account reconciliations, payroll and administration of employee benefits
- Prepare monthly reports for submission to corporate headquarters
- Monitor key corporate requirements and ensure all corporate filings, remissions and requirements are met
- Provide relevant, timely and detail-oriented financial processing and project accounting support to the Country Director and Vietnam team
- CPA or similar certification required; i.e. Chief Accountant Certificate and CPA designation
- Degree or certificate in accounting or Bachelor of Commerce degree
- Six to eight years related experience in a commercial department
- Experience in dealing with government tax departments and tax filings
- Experience writing contracts and contract administration
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese business written and oral communication skills
