- Identify and approach potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners, to promote our comprehensive laboratory testing services.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing business clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored for corporate clients, aligning with overall business objectives and market demands.
- Ensure the sales team consistently meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contract processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Explore new opportunities and actively acquire new business clients, expanding the company's market presence and revenue streams.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics and market insights, and provide constructive feedback to management, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven skills in sales management, negotiation, leadership, communication, and market analysis.
- Results-driven with a strong client-oriented approach.
- Understanding of the healthcare and laboratory testing services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret sales data and market trends.
