- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights related to consumer behavior and preferences.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track the performance of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Create content to engage customers and promote the bank’s products and services.
- Execute communications delivery to customers such as EDM, SMS, ZNS, Website update, etc.
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Experience in conducting market research and generating actionable insights.
