The GM is responsible for leading all site operations, ensuring manufacturing excellence, and delivering performance across quality, delivery, cost, people development, and long-term competitiveness
  • Develop and execute operational strategies, systems, and processes to achieve corporate goals and site performance targets.
  • Lead all site functions-including Operations, Quality, HR, Admin, Engineering, and Supply Chain-to ensure organisational efficiency and resource optimisation.
  • Oversee manufacturing quality, on‑time delivery, cost management, and adherence to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budget.
  • Collaborate with Business Units and global functional teams to enhance operational systems and drive long-term competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain a motivating, value‑driven work environment that attracts and retains talent.
  • Review and improve operational effectiveness, ensuring strong governance, capability development, and continuous improvement across the site.
  • Report directly to the Vice President
Lead an entire manufacturing site with full operational accountabilityOpportunity within a global EMS environment
  • 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in senior manufacturing or site leadership roles.
  • Strong technical or engineering background, ideally within Electronics and with mechanical expertise.
  • Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin; open to both local and expatriate candidates, with preference for Chinese‑speaking professionals.
  • Proven capability in leading diverse functional teams, managing manufacturing operations, and driving performance improvements.
  • Strong leadership, people development ability, and experience working effectively with global and cross‑cultural teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organisational, and execution skills.
  • High integrity, maturity, and the ability to challenge constructively.
