- Lead and participate in solution-based System Integration (SI), Service Management (SM), or IT Outsourcing (ITO) projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Utilize expertise in enterprise platforms such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to drive efficient and effective solutions for clients.
- Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking staff, clients, and stakeholders, demonstrating advanced proficiency in speaking and listening.
- Optional intermediate proficiency in English to facilitate communication with non-Korean-speaking team members or clients.
- Work closely with customers to analyze their requirements, ensuring that solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Manage resources effectively, including developers, and oversee workload distribution to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate development schedules and organize development progress based on roadmap objectives, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Utilize project management systems such as Jira to track progress, allocate tasks, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- More than 7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or IT Consultant, with a focus on solution-based projects.
- Extensive experience in IT project collaboration, particularly in System Integration, Service Management, or IT Outsourcing.
- Advanced proficiency in Korean language (speaking and listening) is required.
- Optional intermediate proficiency in English language (speaking and writing).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
- Experience in resource and workload management, with a focus on optimizing team performance.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, with specific experience in Jira preferred.
