Job PurposeThe person in charge of the position is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and operation of all technical works in the building, including, but not limited to, machines, equipment, systems, and materials, to ensure safety and comfort within the building.Key Accountabilities1. Control the technical systems of the building:
  • Take direct responsibility for managing the building's technical systems; develop plans for proper operation and maintenance in compliance with the recommendations of the manufacturer or consultant. Ensure that all maintenance-related work for the building's assets is carried out properly and safely at all times.
  • Arrange repair, maintenance, and operational services at the request of the Line Manager.
  • Organize regular inspections of the building's systems to ensure they operate efficiently and are maintained and repaired in accordance with established standards.
  • Actively resolve problems related to technical issues in building operations, including fire and explosion prevention, as well as natural disasters, storms, and floods.
  • Participate in and supervise building operations, including the use of common passages and public areas, building access control, security procedures, fire prevention activities, environmental sanitation, use of elevators, parking areas, and bonsai.
  • Maintain records of all relevant information, including blueprints, diagrams, manuals, maintenance records, and logs related to the efficient operation of the department.
2. Control of works related to contractors:
  • Monitor the standard of work performed by contractors hired by the Bank to ensure that the agreed quality is met; require contractors to perform warranty work for repair-related activities and technical equipment system maintenance
3. Ensure that building safety and emergency procedures meet or exceed recognized industry standards and are consistent with local regulatory requirements.4. Perform other assigned tasks as required and directed by the Line Manager or superiors.Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
  • Degree / Occupation:
University graduate or higher, majoring in electromechanical engineering at technical universities (University of Technology, University of Electricity, Technical Pedagogy University, or other technical universities). * Professional knowledge:Good understanding of office service operations, facilities management, and technical management of office buildings. * Experience:At least 12 years of experience in related fields. * Foreign language (English):According to Techcombank's regulations from time to time.
