Our Vietnam subsidiary works closely with colleagues in France, Germany, Italy, the UK, the US, Spain and other Socotec offices.Job Description- Create 3D MEP models, Revit families and drawings based on Pointcloud, Design drawing ...- Update and revise BIM 3D models and design drawings throughout the project life cycle.- Detect and solve MEP clashes, make QA&QC reports.- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.- Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning.- Coordination of modelling, deliverables, and modifications with overseas colleaguesQualifications- Degree in MEP engineering or equivalent; 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;- Proven experience working with BIM softwares and supporting tools (Dynamo, Dirit, API…)- Solid knowledge of Revit, Recap- Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environments, e.g., Autodesk construction cloud (ACC), BIM collaborate pro- Have knowledge of ISO 19650 standard, Omni classification, Cobie Classification, IFC exportation standard would be preferred.- Able to communicate well in English- Must have exceptional attention to detail.- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilitiesAdditional Information- Attractive salary and bonus with annual revision- Compulsory insurance pay as gross monthly salary- Flexible working time with 12 annual leave days & 15 work from home days- Team-building activities, Sport Clubs- Cooperation with colleagues around the world in a leading global group- Strong team spirit in an entrepreneurial environment of a growing company- People values, social responsibility and sustainability- Opportunities for self-development and career advancement- Internal training courses (technical, foreign language, soft-skill)
