  • Place sales/sample orders to Bosch internal division wordwide
  • Monitoring and negotiation for production progress in the English/Japanese with plants where samples are produced
  • Inform the negotiation result and collaborate with the project team and functional teams
  • Monitor sample schedules and proactively follow up to meet project milestones and customer deadlines.
  • Communicate closely with project managers for sample process tracking
  • Attend conferences with stakeholders in order to get delivery information.
Qualifications
  • Good knowledge with 2 - 3 years of experience in Sample Management or other related Supply chain management activities
  • Good English and Japanese skills. Japanese language skills should be N2 or above
  • Good communication, coordination, structural thinking, and multitasking skills
  • Teamwork spirit, good time management, and coordination skills
  • Advance excel and other MS office applications.
  • BA in Economics/ languages but this is not the main selection criteria
  • Exposure to SAP (ERP) is preferable
  • High teamwork spirit
