Primary Responsibilities:Assist the Manager in overseeing all aspects of the company's cash flow management.Ensure daily availability of adequate funds.Maintain treasury cash flow projections to aid in short-term investment and loan decisions.Ensure accurate upkeep of bank accounts, balances, treasury systems, and bank-related cost data.Nurture strong partnerships with banks and other financial service providers.Execute debt administration tasks, including reviewing and interpreting bank loan and corporate bond documents, documenting financing transactions, tracking repayment schedules for principal and interest, updating collateral asset lists, and ensuring compliance with debt covenants and commitments.Generate periodic reports on treasury activities for management review.Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Manager or CFO.Adhere to the company's processes, protocols, regulations, and standards.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Proficiency in English.Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.Advanced skills in analyzing cash flows and forecasting liquidity.Familiarity and experience with treasury accounting, including foreign exchange and various financial instruments.Understanding of financial markets, financial instruments, and debt instruments.Knowledge of banking relationships and covenant agreements.Ability to work independently while being an integral part of the team.Responsible handling of confidential information.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Keen attention to detail.Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and presentation abilities.Demonstrated qualities of diligence, adaptability, initiative, and resolve.
