Job Description :Go-To-Market Strategy & Localization
  • Support the formulation of market entry and growth strategies
  • Act as a market champion to rally teams around local priorities and emerging needs
Stakeholder Collaboration & Market Monitoring
  • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders across Business Development, Product, Marketing, Ops, and more to align on market readiness and expansion plans.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and key trends in the Cambodian e-commerce space.
Research & User Growth
  • Lead end-to-end research initiatives to uncover buyer behaviors and pain points
  • Provide recommendations to improve product-market fit.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 4-6 years of experience in strategy, growth, user research, consulting, or general management roles
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and research-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
