- Collect business requirements from internal customers and properly capture and translate the needs to traceability processes and tools.
- Develop and maintain traceability-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Define acceptance for delivered backlog items with the team.
- Mitigate roadblocks to deliver product roadmap and meet target delivery dates.
- Monitor and maintain user stories in the product backlog.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tester to ensure traceability system (e.g. Sustainable Material Tracing Tool a.k.a. SMTT 2.0) quality of release in each sprint.
- The go-to person for key stakeholders to ensure their user experiences and requirements for improvement are captured in the product backlog.
- Work with TECH to monitor and report product performance. Also, ensure smooth and full data migration from the internal upstream system.
- Work with an IT solution provider to advocate the development process through to implementation to ensure the traceability system is capable of meeting business requirements.
- Follow up and mitigate production defects to ensure system operation as usual.
- Monitor and enhance the configuration, features, and functionalities related to traceability products.
- Provide impartial data sources and feedback to achieve optimization of traceability products.
- Role modeling leadership to foster Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion culture that strives for an inclusive workplace.

- External Stakeholders: Sourcing Suppliers, System solution vendor, Industry organizations, e.g. Certification bodies, Regulatory authorities
- Strong business acumen, knowledge of Apparel, Footwear manufacturing processes
- Strong understanding of supply chain mechanics from end-to-end and brands (from sourcing to customer)
- Good negotiation, influencing, communication, and people skills
- Strong data-analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to drive initiatives and challenge the status quo
- Possesses a growth mindset and prioritizes one’s betterment to enhance performance
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluent in English communication
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sustainability Environmental discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing/ supply chain (project management, Apparel, fashion or supply chain management, compliance)
