Job DetailsProgress issue manager(PIM):Create and daily update ScheduleDaily resources/progress/issues tracking and monitoring based backlog and sharedinformationReport progress/issues/risk to managers/leaders by daily meeting or when memberssharedCollect the data and Analyze the problems with teamMake a process and install it on the projectIT Comtor:Interpreter in the meetings between project team and the customers, in the internalmeetings (face-to-face meetings, video meetings, etc)Translate the documents of software development projects, administrative documentsOther assigned tasks from the projectSecretary of Managers:Supporting Managers' tasks regarding recruitment, organization and back office basedon instructions of Managers. Currently, Managers are Japanese and Vietnamese.2. Professional requirementJapanese equivalent of N1 (good at speaking, listening, writing, reading)Excellent communication (verbal and written) skill (capable of getting reports (progress,issue, etc,.) from members and reporting the status to managers/leaders.Have working experience in IT companyPrioritize candidates who have knowledge of ITPrioritize candidates who have experience in managing progress issues.Prioritize candidates who used to live and work in Japan3.
