Chief Accountant

• Assist the Board of Management in improving the company's success by efficiently managing Accounting, Tax, and Treasury Management.
• Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, maintaining financial systems, managing tax and treasury, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the General Director and departments to prepare budgets and forecasts, conduct budget variance analysis, and review accounting entries.
• Produce cost estimates, monitor product costs, and assess internal controls regularly.
• Work with auditors to review tax positions and ensure compliance with tax laws and returns preparation.
• Ensure accounting records and financial statements comply with company standards and regular accounting systems.
• Review External Auditor’s reports, propose corrective actions, and amend issues raised.
• Manage stock control, reconciliations, and project cost reports.
• Prepare and submit accurate accounting and financial reports and statements.
• Establish procedures and controls for the Accounting Department, utilizing IT for efficiency.
• Support CFO in intercompany cost allocations and transfer pricing policy.
• Manage treasury control, cash flow forecasting, and maintain relations with banks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Board.

• From 5-10 experience years as a Chief accounting; Has audit experience is a strong plus.
• Familiar with manufacturing site is a plus.
• Good communicate in English, can work well in English.
• Have experience to work in ERP system such as Navision, Business Central is a plus.
