Administrative tasks related to store openings/renovations: BPM approval, store code creation, SSM update
Support MOU and contract reviews in collaboration with legal, and manage follow-ups through to completion.
Monthly payroll settlement for own retail staff.
Project implementation and maintenance at retail stores: NPS, Endless Aisle, RFID, REPS, Bins, ThinkTime, GROW, etc.
Support communication with Global Store Operations by providing feedback on behalf of retail stores and RBO.
Support for store-related vendor tendering.
Budgeting and control of OPEX for own retail stores with a focus on cost-saving.
Approval of store requests regarding store supplies, including consumable goods (color ink/toner, stationery, staff uniforms, etc.) under certain threshold.
Maintenance of store lists and store vendor contact lists.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
Planning and organizing skills.
Attention to detail.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

At least 5 years of work experience in Retail Operations with a global brand.
Bachelor's degree.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and spoken English.
