ACG_2824_JOBOur client, a fast-growing firm specialized in technology, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Analyze existing technologies used within the company to define strategies and roadmaps for enhancing cross-country digital architecture.Identify technical gaps and recommend suitable solutions aligned with standardized technologies and relevant technology life cycles.Partner with stakeholders and business leaders to recommend architecture solutions, balancing complexity, risk, timeline, and resources.Act as a technical liaison and advocate, building business relationships with stakeholders and conducting product presentations and evaluations.Ensure compliance with architectural guidelines, internal policies, and best practices, and proactively address potential security or risk exposures.Deliver clear and appropriately detailed technical specifications suited for various stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.Support development teams by resolving technical issues, guiding solution delivery managers and product owners on best practices and architectural direction.RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 3 years as a Solution Architect.Successfully designed and implemented systems currently deployed in production.Demonstrated expertise in architecting resilient, scalable solutions using enterprise integration patterns in complex business environments.Proficient in building systems with advanced monitoring, analytics, and fault tolerance.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, is highly desirable.Skilled at documenting technical architecture with visuals and diagrams for clear communication.Familiar with various types of data stores and messaging platforms at scale.Industry knowledge in Fintech or digital banking is a plus.Practical experience with Java and Spring Framework is beneficial.Strong leadership in technology with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong technical documentation skills.Contact: Nhat Anh Nguyen
