- Familiar with E-commerce, Creator Management, & Affiliate management, able to identify community best practices, strong data sense, able to recap and review the current practices in a professional manner.
- Source and acquire agencies or creators at scale for TikTok e-commerce content, and identify areas to improve content creation. Sourcing and bridging fanpage community to join TikTok affiliate program,
- Provide support, training, and strategic guidance to MCNs to enhance e-commerce performance, increase platform investment, including short videos and livestreams, while analyzing and leveraging successful cases.
- Design and create assortment for agencies and creators in collaboration with the product team and data analysts to foster creator growth and drive e-commerce success.
- Assist in managing agencies and creator communities to join campaigns, providing operational support to drive growth towards performance and monetization goals.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university students pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Able to commit at least 3 months for the internship period (longer preferred)
- Relevant experience or coursework in Community Development or Creator Management.
- Strong E-commerce background and understanding of social apps and tools (e.g., Line, Facebook, etc.).
- Experience with campaign management, e-commerce platform promotions (e.g., vouchers) and strong networking in this field.
- Strong data-driven mindset, result-driven, with good execution, communication, collaboration.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results and growth.Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or project experience in managing online communities or content creator partnerships across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with talent agencies, especially those related to creator marketing and social media.
