RESPONSIBILITIES1. Production and Distribution Operations
  • Organize and manage the transfer and localization of pharmaceutical technologies for production at the Company's facilities.
  • Direct and manage pharmaceutical production operations.
  • Manage regulatory filings, including registration, import licenses, manufacturing and marketing authorizations.
  • Develop and manage distribution networks, sales and marketing operations.
2. Investment Management
  • Oversee repair, renovation, and capacity enhancement of pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
  • Organize and manage new investment projects related to pharmaceutical manufacturing and infrastructure.
3. Financial Management and Corporate Operations
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, business and financial plans to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Establish and implement internal governance systems, including policies, regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Recruit and develop human resources to meet the Company's growth needs.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • In-depth professional knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and legal framework in Vietnam.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive role (CEO, COO, Deputy General Director).
  • Preference will be given to candidates with proven strengths in pharmaceutical sale/marketing and distribution, as well as familiarity with biologics.
2. Skills and Competencies
  • Outstanding leadership and executive management skills, with the ability to build and lead teams effectively.
  • Financial management and budgeting capabilities.
  • Experience in international business development and partnerships with foreign entities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strategic relationships; strong professional network in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient in English (& being Vietnamese).
