Factory Director - Chemicals - Ho Chi Minh City

• Create long-term strategy to grow the company

• Create, respect, implement, and align with the company culture.

• Responsible for the factory operations: production, engineering, quality system, product's quality, HSE, and ISO.

• Financial Management: capital investment projects, fixed cost, and P&L
• Operations excellence: KPI settings, root cause analysis and preventive action plan, continuous improvement, process improvement, and lean management.

• People management: cross functional team and employee engagement

• Responsible for new product commercialisation

• Work with supply chain to provide high quality of service standard to customers

• Work with regional and HQ Team

• External stakeholders engagement: government rules and regulations

• Bachelor degree and above in Engineering/ Chemicals/ Manufacturing knowledge

• Minimum 7 years in production management/ factory management experience

• Solid experience in methodology and project management

• Proven track records in cost/ energy efficiency improvements

• Strong self-motivated, flexible, adapt to new situation fast

• Solutions and Result driven

• Good command in English communication, Chinese will be advantage.

• Competencies in: Management skills, change management, talent development, HES, quality, and Supply Chain

• Microsoft office, strong excel skill

• Cross functional integration
