
Sales Support Manager (Heavy Equipment)

- Strong background in import/export and customs clearance of equipment or spare parts.
- Previous experience in European or Japanese multinational companies (preferred).
- Relevant exposure in heavy equipment, automobile, or related industries.
- Knowledge of administrative and finance support functions (sales reports, AR, invoicing, HR, etc.).
- Good communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; other languages (e.g., Japanese) are a plus.
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and forecasts.
- Support finance functions including accounts receivable (AR), invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Provide HR and administrative support for the sales team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international trade requirements.
- Act as a key liaison between sales, logistics, and service departments to ensure operational efficiency.
