This is a strategic leadership role that blends hands-on technical expertise with project delivery oversight in a collaborative, multinational environment.As a Senior Technical Business Analyst at Endava, you’ll assist the delivery of Agile projects, ensuring strong alignment between business goals, technical teams, and client expectations. Acting as a facilitator and key communicator, you’ll drive collaboration, remove obstacles, and ensure timely, high-quality execution. This role is ideal for professionals who perform well in fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering results through strategic problem-solving.Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with client and stakeholders through deep domain understanding and consultative engagement.
Gather and analyze business requirements to define clear product needs.
Provide solution recommendations aligned with client goals, technical context, and industry trends.
Create and keep up to date product backlog (creating user stories and acceptance criteria from the product vision and epics).
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure timely, aligned delivery of user stories.
Ensure features are developed with a clear understanding of business value and market relevance.
Stay up to date with industry trends and proactively suggest improvements to product and client processes.

QualificationsTechnical Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/ Business Analyst in the Agile environment.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Deep knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies and software development planning.
Experienced managing complex and large-scale projects.
Experienced in defining business requirements and creating user stories.
Proficient in standard Business Analysis tools, processes, and artifacts.

Soft Skills:

Excellent English communication skills.
Skilled in managing client expectations with excellent client-facing abilities.
Strong leadership and motivational skills and ability to present and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a detail-oriented approach.
