Retail Accountant

• Ensure reliable accounting records, control, and report transactions in the area of responsibility.
• Ensure communication, documentation, and risk-mitigating actions to support internal and external audits in the area of responsibility.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations of allocated accounts, explain variations and ensure timely resolution and clean-up of overdue items.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and financial statement validation.
• Ensure good financial reporting based on a very good understanding of data (master data).
• Appropriate, apply and follow up the group and local accounting and compliance norms.
• Oversee the monitoring of internal control on the accounting cycle in charge.
• Improve the processes Actively design internal processes in the area of responsibility, document and communicate to the stakeholders.
• Contribute to the constant improvement of the processes in the area of responsibility (efficiency, automation).

• You practice sports.
• You are excellent in English and Vietnamese. Clear communication (verbal and written) in English is a must.
• Bachelor‘s degree or upper (preferably with a major in accounting, finance, or audit).
• You have minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and in managing projects.
• Strong communication skills with active, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and logical mindsets.
