Product Packaging Designer

• Conceptualize and design packaging, collaterals for Razer products from concept to production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market positioning.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, marketers, and copywriters to develop packaging that highlights key product features and appeals to our target audience.
• Create mock-ups, dielines, and print-ready files, ensuring accurate and high-quality production outputs.
• Review and approve proofs to maintain quality standards throughout printing and manufacturing.
• Research and analyze packaging trends, materials, and competitor designs to keep Razer’s packaging innovative and relevant.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining creative integrity and brand consistency.
• Ensure packaging meets all regulatory, sustainability, and legal requirements in global markets.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure precision, quality, and cost efficiency in packaging production.

• Minimum of 5+ years’ proven experience in packaging and collaterals design, preferably within the technology or consumer goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of mass printing processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and project management skills for working with internal and external partners.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering and packaging visualization tools is a plus.
• Passion for gaming or experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable.
