
Customer Services Staff (6-month contract)

- Quality control of export-related documents: Review and verify all quality and compliance-related documents, including Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Weight, Quality Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Report, Certificate of Analysis for Ochratoxin, Rainforest Alliance Certificate, etc. Ensure all documentation aligns with quality standards, food safety, sustainability, and other import requirements.
- Ad-hoc & Supporting Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Product Department and supplier to resolve quality or quantity problems/claims; hold suppliers accountable and oversee the resolution process through to compensation
- Sustainability supporting: Coordinate and maintain strong communication with suppliers to ensure shared understanding of the sustainability objectives of EUDR, 4C, RFA, etc
- Other work as required by the Employer from time to time
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- English and Vietnamese languages in both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
