The ideal candidate has experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce or NetSuite CRM), strong communication skills, and familiarity with project/task management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze CRM requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for CRM improvements or new features.
- Support the configuration and testing of CRM solutions to meet business needs.
- Act as the liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors/consultants.
- Support the administration of the company website and ensure proper alignment and data consistency between website, CRM, and other systems (e.g., ERP/SOL).
- Maintain documentation of CRM processes, configurations, and workflows.
- Assist with project tracking, reporting, and delivery using Jira and Smartsheet.
- Contribute to user training and support to ensure adoption of CRM solutions.
- Proactively identify areas for CRM process improvement and automation.
- Support other business systems and applications as needed.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar preferred).
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, data models, and integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL databases for querying and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project/task management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to support other systems/tools in SUCAFINA when required.
- 2+ years of experience working with CRM platforms is preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator or equivalent CRM certification is a plus.
- Experience working with ERP systems and CRM integration projects.
- Familiarity with reporting and dashboard creation in CRM tools.
- Prior experience in supporting sales, marketing, or customer success teams through CRM solutions.
