Role Overview
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to position the company as a premium B2B technology partner in international markets. This role works closely with senior leadership and plays a key part in driving brand growth, market visibility, and business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and brand positioning.Brand Building
Lead initiatives to elevate brand perception toward a premium positioning in global markets, ensuring consistency and differentiation.Campaign Management
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, social media, and offline channels.Content & Brand Development
Oversee the creation of high-quality content that supports brand storytelling and engages target audiences.Event Management
Organize and execute events such as webinars, conferences, exhibitions, and internal activities to enhance brand awareness and engagement.Public Relations
Build and maintain media relationships, manage PR activities, and strengthen brand presence in relevant channels.Team Leadership
Lead and develop a marketing team (4–5 members across content, PR, design, digital, and event), fostering collaboration and performance excellence.Market Analysis
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.Budget Management
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation with a strong focus on ROI.Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize business impact.Reporting Line
Report directly to the head of marketing.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role (Marketing Lead/Manager level).Strong background in brand building, preferably from a branding-led career path.Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in international markets.Experience in industries such as technology, IT services, or B2B solutions is highly preferred.Demonstrated ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring cross-functional marketing teams.Solid understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking with a data-driven mindset.Experience in event management and PR is a strong advantage.Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and marketing’s role in lead nurturing and conversion.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Contact: Thao Phan & Thu Van GiangDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
