Job Description:Responsible for implementing revenue management techniques within a specific hotel to optimize revenue in line with hotel strategies, brand marketing, and customer demands.Ensure all revenue management processes are effectively implemented at the hotel, aligning with the General Manager's strategy on a daily basis, updating plans, quoting groups, and notifying the General Manager of any deviations from the strategy.Assist in achieving and surpassing the hotel's operational revenue budget.Support the General Manager in formulating strategy through proper analysis and collaborate effectively with the implemented revenue management system. Implement strategy based on daily recommendations in distribution channels, and provide additional recommendations for optimization.Communicate booking quality processes and ensure correct data input into the Property Management System (PMS) to the reservation and front office teams.Regularly monitor input and data quality, updating the reservations event database accordingly.Ensure smooth handling and accurate recording of room bookings, cancellations, and adjustments for reference.Provide relevant room booking information to partners and consult with the Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager before confirming with guests.Maintain records of documents related to reservations and check incoming guest lists for accuracy.Prepare weekly and monthly reports estimating room occupancy and provide them to the Front Office Department Managers.Compile a weekly list of VIP guests and their preferences to distribute to relevant departments.Foster and strengthen relationships with travel agents, airline companies, businesses, and social organizations.Conduct market and competitor surveys on pricing and availability for future pricing strategies.Analyze contract performance metrics before making decisions on contract renewals.Assist in the preparation of the annual revenue budget.Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.Reporting to the General Manager.
